Make Sharing Ideas Simple
Brainstorm anytime, anywhere. CommBox touchscreens replace your whiteboard, flipcharts and dated projectors. Utilise the built-in whiteboard or open the built-in browser and use your favourite brainstorming app like Microsoft whiteboard, Jamboard, Stormboard or Miro. Save the collaboration session onto the cloud and share with co-workers.
Integrate with Everything
CommBox touchscreens are hardware and software agnostic can utilise their unique features whether you use Windows, Mac, Andorid or Chrome platforms. Add a PC to the OPS slot in the screen and you can access full Microsoft functionality. Alternatively connect your Windows PC via screenshare or HDMI/USB Touch. Use Mac or Chrome, these can be connected via a Mac Mini or Chrome Box.
Virtual collaboration made easy
Add your preferred VC hardware and turn any room into a Teams or Zoom room. Simply jump on Zoom or Teams and share the screen. Invite the coworker to the brainstorming app and collaborate in real time.
Seamless screensharing
No more cables. Simply walk into the council chambers, meeting room or community space, click the screenshare app on the laptop or device and everything will be visible for everyone. Two-way screensharing means you can control your device from the screen.
Annotate Everywhere

This installation has provided immeasurable value to the Liverpool Plains Shire community, with the applications spanning from the engagement of youth right through to aiding local business and Council operations.

To begin with, the installation in the Library’s Kid Zone offers a fun, engaging and innovative way for children of all ages to learn and interact. Installed on a low-profile fixed mount, the unit takes up hardly any real estate on the floor which allows children to gather around it on the foam seating provided or even on the floor, meaning it can be used for group activities and events hosted in the library such as story time, in addition to solo by any children visitors. The mount is actually height adjustable so whatever their size, the children need only lower or raise the screen to start taking advantage of the built-in kids apps and web browser.

A second, mobile unit is reserved in the library for other visitors wishing to conduct research, or use any of the many in-bult apps.

When these screens aren’t in use they are continuing to provide value in the way of digital signage around upcoming library events, news or policies.

These touchscreens are built tough with premium components and toughened glass to withstand use by children and adults alike, so they are perfect for this kind of environment.

As well as the units in the library, a mobile unit complete with video conference equipment and a built-in OPS is available to local businesses through Liverpool Shire Plains Community Hub.

This unit is part of a billable space, so in addition to providing value to local businesses by giving them access to this innovative technology, it is actively contributing to bringing in revenue.

Liverpool Shire Plains also use their CommBox touchscreens for video conferencing and streaming in their Chamber Building and as a presentation tool in their training rooms.
