Drivers would then hand in their sheets at the end of the day, which the administration team typed into Excel before sending the spreadsheet to the billing department for NDIS submission.
Our innovative new system revolutionises this process by digitialising the previosuly paper form into an automated, self-completing and reportable Digital Vehicle Billing form. Now, when drivers pull up to an address, they can simply open the Digital Vehicle Billing form on their device and select the client from a dropdown menu. Geotab automatically populates the address, time, and odometer reading, accurately and efficiently completing the recording with one simple touch.
At the end of the day, the form automatically generates a report, eliminating the time, labor, and inaccuracies associated with manual data entry. This system enhances efficiency and ensures accuracy in NDIS billing, streamlining the entire process.
