CommBox is an Australian designer and manufacturer with incredible local support and an entire library of training resources training resources, designed to help you get the most out of your CommBox Experience whether that’s a simple demo or a complete solution rollout.

What you’ll need to get started

Grab these three things and get ready to go

Two People

It takes two to open your DemoCase (and test the 20 points of touch), so grab a friend

WiFi

Make sure you can connect to your WiFi and you have your password handy

Power

Your DemoCase does need power to run, so find your nearest power point outlet

Just 7 Simple Steps

Step 1
Unlock all four latches. There are two on the front, and two on the back.
Step 2
This is where you need a friend. Grab the handle on either side of the DemoCase and lift the lid directly up, and then over the screen. Store the lid in a safe spot.

Take the power cable and plug it into the side of the DemoCase. If you are standing facing the case, you will find it on the lower right hand side, under the QR code. Plug the other end into a power point, and turn the power point on.
Step 4
Locate the stand remote. If you are facing the screen, this can be found behind the screen, on the right hand side.

Press the ‘Up’ button on the remote until the CommBox is completely out of the DemoCase, and you can see the entire screen. The screen should already be on, but if it isn’t simply press and hold the blue power button on the front of your screen.
Step 6
It’s time to connect to the internet. See the arrow icons, there is one to the far left and far right of your screen, near the halfway point. Tap either one to open up the quick access menu. Tap the Settings icon at the top of the menu (the gear icon), and input your details here.
